Double queen room on the Newport/Middletown line with parking and full-service restaurant & bar on first floor, dual fireplace. Each room comes fully equipped with TV, mini fridge, AC, full bath, closet and extra bedding. Eat in or order room service during restaurant hours. Fully stocked bar allows you the convenience to enjoy beverages at the restaurant or in your room. Spacious & Bright. 8bedroom private inn, available for entire inn & restaurant block with STAY Newport Vacation Management.

The Space:
STAY Newport proudly presents Rheas Inn.

Stay blocks from downtown, local vineyards, breweries, shops and more! Conveniently located on the Newport/Middletown line this per room rental inn can also be blocked as an entire 8 bedroom, sleeps 18 rental.
The first floor is home to one of the best restaurants on the island serving lunch and dinner with a full bar. Every room comes with its own parking spot, full bath, AC, tv and mini fridge.

You have access to your room and the restaurant below during operating hours.

Getting Around:
Please respect your noise level. We ask that quiet hours are from 11pm-8am. Please keep music and volume to a minimum. 2 parking spots MAX per room booked.

Great all around.

Very nice clean little room in a good neighborhood. I wish I tried the Thai restaurant. Looked and smelled great. Thought I left my glasses behind, didnt, but the staff was helpful right away. Def recommend.

Nice but noisy

The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work.

The room was exactly what the picture showed. Very clean. Simple but perfect for a nights sleep and clean. Close to all amenities we were seeing. Easy instructions to check in.
