「A fun discovery! We usually stay at a different hotel on Dorset strett. We gave Green Mountain Suites a try, and I'm glad I found it. It's typically out of our price range, but we got a decent deal. The decor feels like Vermont, which we really enjoyed. The gas fireplace in the room was a treat as well. If you can get a deal, it's worth a try.」

「A very old historic hotel. Has the oldest elevator in VT. Charming. Nice gardens. Guest can not use elevator and all rooms are upstairs. so if you have any mobility issues its a problem. 」
「This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. I will be staying again! 」
