「Staff courteousness.」

「Perfect hotel for a day at the New Buffalo Beach. Clean, economical and bonus free breakfast!」

「smooth check-in and out, easy access and parking.」

「Very cute building. Very clean. Room was a bit worn but immaculately clean. Difficult to find late at night as street lighting is poor. Not possible to park in demarcated area or all patrons park politely. No one on sight to fix situation.」

「Beautiful room! No microwave and pool was out of service, but still charged a resort fee.. otherwise a great stay.」

「For a night, not a bad deal. The room, two queens and a pullout, was spacious and was neatly arranged. Fridge was dirty in the first room, Ac had issues too but the staff had a secondary room ready and was, again a nice layout and neatly done. The staff was somewhat around at a later hour, did take a minute to find someone on a later check in, otherwise wasn’t bad service at all. Only marks are for the dirty fridge and AC, but far from the worst stay, good option.」

「The place is charming. The manager was there is a flash when we needed batteries for the TV remote.」
