THE KNOT UTSUNOMIYA

THE KNOT UTSUNOMIYA

10/10 Excellent
"Great location, very new and clean. The only thing that seemed wrong was the staff were predominantly male foreigners who were overly aggressive and domineering over their Japanese workers. The gracious welcome, smiling, and accommodating Japanese check-in was definitely missing. Get rid of the domineering and arrogant male check-in staff or at least change their demeanor."
