We booked the lake-view room on the sixth floor, the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions about the hotel and the surrounding areas. "Hotel was in an excellent location with loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had panoramic room which was lovely but view wasn’t amazing but still worth it as felt spacious and bright. Staff very kind and helpful and most spoke enough English to communicate and help. Special mention to Alfred who was incredibly helpful when we arrived and spoke great English. Credit it to the team!!"
