"My room was not as clean as I would have wanted it. There were crumbs under the sides of the bed, and there was hair in the shower drain and bathroom. I ordered coffee in the morning which took an hour. When I told the delivery person that I wanted milk, he told me that Americanos do not get milk. If I requested milk I’d like to receive it and not get rebuked by the delivery person. When I went on the balcony my room overlooked the air conditioning units/mechanical equipment. Unpleasant. I only stayed here because it was less expensive than other hotels but I definitely would not stay here again even though I really like their property in Las Vegas. This is not of the same caliber."
