my boyfriend and i got in around 2am and realized the door was open in apt 3… when we went in, we made sure to check everything and we noticed that the apt had not been cleaned prior as in one of the cabinets there was an alcohol bottle with 3 wax pens next to it. there were no remotes or signal on the tvs. the water pressure sucks. the shower door did not close properly and the water would leak out. the room we slept in, you are able to hear the outside. the floor was coming apart. we stayed 8 nights and the day before we left we discovered rodent droppings under the sink! i am expecting part of my money back. this is false advertising, nothing luxurious about this place.

The property was perfect for a vacation. It’s 8 minutes away from the beach and some cool restaurants. They also have a Target shopping store that’s a 2 minute walk from the property. I will DEFINITELY book here again in the future.

Owner and manager were VERY helpful!!!! They are VERY nice!!! There is Target, TJ Maxx and Public's grocery store in walking distance. The larger units are the better units. It’s an older building.

Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!)
