Please note:

⚠Between October 8 and December 30, 2025, the building will be replacing windows and balcony doors. During this period, access to the unit may be needed. We will coordinate with you to make it as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your understanding.

· The pool will be unavailable for guest use starting June 9th. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

· Guest Registration & Parking Information

* Fob Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $30 is required at check-in. This covers building access for up to 3 guests and includes fob activation.
* Overnight Parking: Available at a rate of $10 per night. Please note this rate does not include in-and-out privileges, but allows parking for up to 24 hours per entry.
* No Resort Fees: Enjoy full access to amenities without any additional resort charges.

· As per City of Hollywood guidelines, this unit accommodates up to (2) adults + (4) children.

· Laundry rooms are conveniently located on the floor. After exiting the elevator, take a left turn; the laundry room is the second door. To use the machines, please purchase a blue laundry card from the front desk. Cost per wash or dry: $2.50.

· A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

· We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, this property is a pet-free zone to ensure the comfort and allergies of all our guests. Thank you for understanding!
