COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM and TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs 2$/use, Dryer costs 2$/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).
Other Applicable Fees (Not Included in the Price of Your Stay)

1. Key Fob (Subject to change without prior notice, Non-Refundable Fee)
Experience the convenience of building facilities and common areas such as the gym, pool, and beach with our Key Fob. You'll need to pay a one-time activation fee of $30per key Fob upon arrival. The building requires one Key Fob for every two adults, two Key Fobs for groups of three or four and three Key Fobs for five to six adults. Payment is made on-site at the guest office by credit card only.
2. Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (subject to change without prior notice)
Our covered and non-covered parking lots are available for your convenience. When you arrive, simply pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Please note that parking fees are subject to change. For example,
1-week parking is $100
2-week parking is $125
3-week parking is $150 and
1-month parking is $175
To ensure a smooth and secure parking experience, a $20 refundable CASH deposit is required to receive a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.
3. Online Orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Who doesn't love shopping online? During your stay, online orders under your name can be delivered to the condo. However, please note that a $7/package fee applies for the resort to accept and process your delivery.
1. Check-In
The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.
2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises.
3. Subletting the Rental
Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
4. Responsibility
The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines, for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents.
5. Swimming Pools
The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles.
7. Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time.
8. Garbage
Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute.
9. Laundry Card
A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor.
10. Air Conditioning
To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs.
11. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service.
12. Security
Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock.
13. Events and Gatherings
Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7AM.
14. No Open Flames
Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas.
15. Illegal Activity or Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action.
16. Moving Furniture
Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out.
17. Cancellation Policy
The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations. Guests are advised to read more about the cancellation policy at https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict.
