Welcome to your ideal beach retreat in Sunny Isles! This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for families, friends, or small groups. Enjoy a well-designed layout featuring a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with views of the city and nearby waterways.
Living Area:
The open living room features a large, comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light. It’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a comfortable dining area, complete with a stylish table and seating for 4 for an intimate meal or a quick bite.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. A breakfast bar with 4 chairs provides a casual spot for meals or morning coffee.
Master Bedroom:
The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed and ample closet space. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep with blackout curtains and premium bedding.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, spacious closet, and a smart TV. It’s perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are modern and stylish, featuring a shower, a large vanity, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for a spa-like experience.
Private Balcony:
Step outside to your private balcony and take in the partial water and city views. Furnished with a small table and chairs, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The condo is within about 7 min walking distance to the beach with free public access.
Guest access:
Parking: Park your car on the left side of the building in the Guest parking area.
Entrance: Proceed to the front door (in the middle of the building). On the right side, you will see a call box intercom.
Access: Dial "206" on the call box and wait for the door to be opened for you.
Once inside the building lobby, look to your right for the mailboxes. Find mailbox with your unit number, pull the door open with your finger and enter the code.
Take the fob (key tag) from the mailbox. Use it to access the PH floor.
Apartment Access: Upon reaching the PH floor, locate the apartment on the right side. Enter the apartment using the physical key.
Parking Fob: Inside the apartment, find the black remote (parking fob) on the kitchen counter.
Guest and Car Registration (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM): We kindly request you to go to the 3rd floor to the building management office (unit #305, right in front of the elevator). Register yourself, guests and vehicle by providing your license plate number and your ID.
If you arrive outside these hours (including Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends), registration must be completed during the next available window.

Assigned Parking: After registration, go to the parking gate on the right side of the building. Use the fob to open the gate and park in your assigned spot.
BBQ grill. Stay with us and fire up your vacation with our shared BBQ grill! Whether it’s burgers, veggies, or steaks, cook up something tasty and relax in the outdoor vibe (open Sunday to Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, Friday, Saturday and Holidays from 11 AM to 11 PM).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Welcome! We’re truly happy to host you and hope your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable.
With full respect and care for your well-being, we’ve prepared a basic set of essentials to help you settle in smoothly. Please note that these items are provided once, for the first day of your stay — to ensure you have what you need upon arrival.
In each bathroom:
• 3–4 small bars of soap (14g each)
• 3 bottles of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner (30ml each)
• 1 roll of toilet paper + 1 extra roll
In the kitchen:
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1–2 trash bags
• 4–5 dishwasher capsules
• Dishwashing liquid
For the remainder of your stay, please note that these supplies are not replenished. You’ll find nearby stores where you can easily purchase any additional items you may need.
• Early check-in: Dear guests, we offer early check-in upon request, subject to availability. The cost is $150.
• Please note that there will be a one-time registration fee of $78. The fee can be paid by cash or card during the week from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. If you arrive after this time or on the weekend, you will be able to pay by cash ONLY.
Kindly note:
• There will be a fine of $250 for each fob not returned to the lockbox. All set MUST returned to the lockbox (fob key, garage key and door key).
• There will be a fine of $500 if smoking inside.
• There will be a fine of $100 per incident if throwing garbage over the balcony.
Parking information:
• Free parking is included for one vehicle only.
• It is obligatory to register your car to avoid towing. All vehicles need to be registered at the Management Office.
• All cars parked at Golden Bay Club must display a decal in the rear-view mirror.
• Outdoor guest parking; (South side of the building) - there is an overnight fee of $10.
• Decal Replacement if the decal is lost; MUST be replaced at $10.
***To dispose of trash, please follow these steps: 1) Press the button on the garbage chute, 2) Pull the handle to open the chute door, 3) Place garbage down the chute. Thank you for keeping things tidy!
