You are booking apartment #3404 at “LYFE RESORT AND RESIDENCES ” directly with the owner NOT with the hotel.
Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom, walk in closet, amazing views from master suite & living room, secondary bedroom with two full size beds and additional full bathroom, sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)
Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit with wine cooler.

Other things to note
We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents.
We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed.
If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. It is our policy for guests to read the entire listing description to avoid confusion during their stay.
All emergency closures, amenity disruptions including emergency water shut off's are out of the host's control and are ineligible for refunds or compensation.
