Host and unit are great.

Very responsive host. Nice unit. Great views of pool, ocean and intercostal. Patio is so peaceful and nice to have breakfast or a drink on. Quiet location being a corner unit. Very spacious lay out of the unit. Very comfortable beds. Unit was clean (minus some stains). Host was wonderful. Would absolutely rent from them again at a different property in south Florida. Thanks for being a great host! Areas of growth some stains on rugs and couch and could use some more silverware. Have supplies in house so we don’t have to message and wait for deliveries. Very long elevator wait time but not host fault. Not in their control and they were accommodating to the best of their ability about it.

Nice but

It was a nice place but.... I have been traveling a lot, renting houses, condos in different country. Usually you feel at home but not this time. It was missing those elements to feel like it. I had to call the owner to have glass and tea towel. Good point they react quickly. We had to buy more stuff like a blanket, placemate, speaker, bowls, peeler and all the minimal stuff like oil, red wine vinegar, ziploc, plastic wrap, cleaning products to feel like it. Usually it already there. Also, i did clean myself all the doors, switch and the side of the counter. The elevator is a issue. And, when you go the pool, they allow you only one towel. For me, the price is not worth the stay. I was expecting a little more than that. I thought it was a 4.5 stars property but it's more of a 3.5 stars. The other things is the beach. When you look at the owner section versus the one we had access there is a world of difference between them. At the end, we had a good time and with all my little purchases, we did feel like home but it should come with the property.

Great place for two couples, kitchen well equiped, corner unit so views from everywhere, close to the fun, great food, and the beaches. The property has great amenities. We will be back !

Smelly Apartment

We were supposed to stay all week at this apartment and had friends coming to join us on Monday. We checked in Sunday night and thought apartment smelled and tried to air it out. By the next day our clothes smelled in our open suit case and what we had on. We could not bring our friends to this apartment and found other accommodations. We offered to move to another apartment non were assailable thru VRBO. This was not the fault of the Hyde House, it was the apartment owner.

Views Amazing Amenities Non-Existent Beach Far Walk

We, my girlfriends and I took a 5-day trip and stayed at this listing. The unit itself is beautiful, and the views can't be beat. The wrap around balcony is great, for 2 people. You have a unit that fits 4-6 adults, and we had 2 chairs, so much for all of us enjoying the view on a beautiful warm evening on our balcony. THe other units had more than 4 chairs. We were disappointed, we are avid travelers with both VRBO and other hosting website, and most are decorated and warm and welcoming, this unit is a corporate type unit. We did not have napkins, paper towels, enough blankets,, extra sheets, salt pepper completely empty. It comes with bare minimums. We did not know how to acquire so we reached out to management company, who responded with attitude. Not looking to argue, we did not respond back. We were told to contact front desk. The phones did not work in the unit. We could get a dial tone, but couldn't t reach front desk. Sad situation, don't let the view fool you. Last issue BEACH. It does not mention in the listing you have to walk to the street, cross it, and then walk to the back of their 2nd building. You are only allotted 2 beach chairs. We had to pay $34 for 2 more. Its inconvenient to get to, therefore we won't be staying here again. I read all the other reviews and felt comfortable booking it.

Hyde beach house

Views were amazing and it was a nice setup with the 2 bedrooms. Unit was a little tired with stained couch and chairs. Also did not have drinking glasses. Facilities at building (pool) were tired also.

Perfect vacation

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and honestly everything was perfect!! Super clean and modern room , very large with a state of the art appliances. The view !!!! Can’t beat that view ! We were in the wrap around balcony every morning and every night. The facilities are clean and modern and everyone there was nice . Will definitely book again next time we are in Florida

Amazing!

Beautiful unit with a breathtaking views. Wish I could stay here forever! Very spacious and modern, you have literally everything you need. The pools are awesome and the massive balcony gives you a 180 degree view. Right across from the beach. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Get away Vacation.

This is the best place we have ever rented. Every single moment we enjoyed while we were in the apartment. The view is definitely priceless!!!! We loved the balcony. It was super clean and very cozy. Definitely we will go again and again. And lets talk about the price. We think the price per night was absolutely perfect. Actually with the view and location, the price was very cheap. I definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
