Property was easy access to the beach and a couple minutes from the Broadway at the beach. Las Olas beach and Miami easy to get around and get to. Great places to eat and a lot of matcha places for my girls to go to. Java and Jam great breakfast place to eat at Las Olas.

Great Place, Location, and Beach

The apartment was very clean and is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. It is located right on the beach and includes a pool as well. Hosts were very professional and accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great stay and excellent location

We just completed a 5-night stay.Check-in was a breeze--even at 12:30am on Christmas Day. Valet was also on staff, but we walked or used Lyft to go everywhere. You need to pay 30 for one key fob for every three adults in the condo; addition fobs can be purchased for 30.The condo was large and spacious. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The bedrooms were good. The water pressure and temperature could be hit-or-miss depending on how many others in the building were using water. Kitchen was also well-equipped. Living room couch was comfortable.There was also plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas. Additionally, if you have small children, plenty of beach toys to keep them entertained. The pool is saltwater and heated, but very shady in the winter due to the surrounding buildings.The location is outstanding. Quick walk to the beach, 7-11 just across the street, Walmart and Publix about a 10-minute walk away; Las Olas Blvd was about a 25 Lyft ride away.Owners were very quick to respond to our questions. We'd be happy to stay at this place again in the future.

Loved it!

This place was PERFECT for our trip! The friends’ trip finally made it out of the group chat and this place had absolutely everything we needed! From wine bottle openers to towels to beach chairs and beach bags! We were close enough to everything that we could Lyft/uber to all the places we wanted to visit without it being overly expensive (aside from airport Lyft, but that is to be expected) but we were still within walking distance of restaurants, 7/11 (for snacks) and Walmart. The pool was clean and the beach was fantastic (literally a two minute walk) and the balcony was so nice! Can see the pool and beach from the balcony well. Will most definitely be visiting again! The only complaint we did have was that there was only one working (regular) elevator, so we had to wait a few rounds to be able to get on but that’s no fault of the host, that’s on the complex. There is a sep service elevator for beach and pool use.

The apartment is really beautiful, very well located. It has a very beautiful Ocean view and you can get easily to the Beach. All you need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!

Perfect vacation

Apartment on 7th floor with ocean view! Very clean with large rooms. Location is convenient. Perfect place for family getaway. Host responds to any requests instantly. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend this to everyone!

Nice Location and Clean living space

It was a nice location. Just walk to the beach! The service elevator wasn't working, so had to wait for elevator. The unit itself was very clean! The beds were pretty comfortable. We loved being out on the balcony. The couch wasn't very comfortable, but we weren't inside very much. All in all, it was a nice place and Olga was very helpful and easy to work with!

Good for the price

As others have mentioned, furnishings are basic. Found it strange that there wasn't a TV in the primary bedroom. There was a crib, high chair and baby walker that would be very helpful for families with littles. Pool and beach access were convenient. Check in process was a little confusing as the front desk didn't have record of our stay. Owners were very responsive and helped to remediate timely. Extra costs to consider- parking (valet was too busy and we paid separately to park on ramp). Fob (required to access most amenities in building) and is non refundable. Beach chair/umbrellas avaiable to rent if you don't want to carry chairs from the unit down. Overall good stay.

Everything in condo was very adequate except TV. Would have liked more up to date cable. The listing said cable and satellite. Kitchen was very good, loved Kuric coffee. Loved that the basic crib and high chair were there for the baby. The view was lovely. In all, very good place to stay. Valet parking was wonderful.

This was the perfect place for our family! Loved the spacious rooms, nice size kitchen which was well equipped, great location with easy parking, warm pool and confirms furniture. Host was very responsive also.
