The Space:
This condo was designed for you and your group to enjoy a stylish and colorful space. You’ll love the open floor plan, with lots of art to inspire you. Nestled in a central location, the accommodation offers an escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to all amenities. Explore the nearby cafes, stroll through the tree-lined streets perfect for enjoying a leisurely afternoon or go out exploring - there’s so much to see close by!

The main spaces of the 65 m2 condo:

- The formal SITTING AREA has a comfortable sofa that can accommodate extra sleeping space for 2 if needed, a Smart TV, and a pair of office desks providing a LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE if needed.

- A KITCHEN well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers.

- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 6 comfortably.

-​​ 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: King bed, office desk, ensuite full bath with large closet
BEDROOM 2: Double bed
COMMON AREA: Sofa bed

- An ensuite WASHING MACHINE for convenience.

The area boasts a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, and bars, offering culinary delights from around the world. Its cultural scene is enriched by art galleries, theaters, and independent cinemas. The neighborhood also embraces green spaces like the iconic Parque México, perfect for leisurely strolls. Roma Norte's unique blend of history, creativity, and modernity makes it a beloved and dynamic destination in Mexico City.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11.7 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

The dryer is out of service until further notice.

- A maximum of 3 visitors per day is allowed in the apartment.
- Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)

Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.

Great location, comfortable place

Very comfortable sleeping! Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out). Spacious. Negatives: constant dogs barking, poor bathroom lighting (for makeup), bad sewer smell from the shower drain. Wonderful doormen!
