No hot water the entire time (6 days), staff talk about me in Spanish assuming I don’t know, no trash can, air conditioner broken even though I only picked that room because it was promised. WiFi barely works, no tv remote until I had to beg for one. Very hard beds, harsh chemical smells of paint and paint thinner.

El hotel esta en una buena zona muy limpio el personal muy amable solo si les falta el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y un poquito mas de cuidado con las reservaviones ya que si se realizan por medio de alguna app hay que estar en constante verificacion porquenpor poco me dejan sin hospedaje ya que hubo una sobreventa

Primero nos asignaron una habitación en remodelación, no estaba habilitada, la habitación que nos asignaron después, tenía algunos detalles en mis acabados y presencia de humedad en el techo, al día siguiente alguien intento entrar a la habitación cñaun cuando seguía ocupada, cabe señalar que tocó y no espero a que se le respondiera, hay muchas que se tienen que mejorar

Location is great but the Staff is a bit annoying, they are knocking on your door by 9:30 am asking about room service. I had to extend my stay due to work. Checked in with lady at front desk, Same lady within the hour is opening my room door and tell me to check out!! Had to reminder her I just extended my stay and that she checked me in just an hour ago.! 4 out of the 5 days I was there some staff member would come open my door at random time!!
