The price is OK. It is close to Condesa and Metro station. The beds are not so comfortable and the pillows could have been better. bathroom's door does not close. There is no mosquito net in the window and the room is too hot.

The property is well located, lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Staff was nice, kitchen was good to cook your own meals al though a lot of times several other people will be cooking at the same time. Wifi was great for me to work from there. Not the best on the patio but in the rooms it was great. We got the room on the top floor so it was really quiet. Overall a good experience, much better than the other Colmena property I stayed at for a week (owned by the same management) but we checked out because it was right next to the highway. The cons: the bathroom sink was almost breaking, it could use a little reno. Its advertised as co-living space, lots of people working remotely. Make the business center less claustrophobic and more areas to log in... or at least have chairs inside the bedroom comfortable enough to sit for long periods of time. Mention the rules on the property, for example no access to the patio after 10 pm. Thats a little early to close it off especially for weekends. Providing, the patio was away from all other rooms so it would not disturb anyone. Not saying, one should be allowed to be loud and have music blasting in the middle of the night. but since the rooms dont have balconies, people staying long-term need an outdoor space to spend time.

Está en una ubicación increíble, el metro y metrobus quedan a unos 600 metros, hay restaurantes y tiendas a pocos metros, y la zona es muy tranquila. Las camas son cómodas, es bastante limpio y muy nuevo. Solo encontré 2 puntos malos, el primero es que en el cuarto solo hay 2 enchufes que están ocupados por el refrigerador y el ventilador, si quieres cargar un teléfono o aparato tienes que tragarte un poco el calor que llegue a haber. El segundo es que el baño no tenía una puerta, si no una cortina muy pequeña que no alcanzaba a cubrir toda la entrada. También por el material de las paredes es posible que entre algo de ruido dependiendo de los vecinos que te toquen en los cuartos a los costados, en mi caso tuve suerte y eran muy silenciosos. Para concluir puedo decir que a pesar de todo es un lugar totalmente recomendado para una estadía en CDMX, sobre todo por su ubicación. Sobre todo lo recomiendo a personas que estén viajando en solitario.

God oplevelse i alt. Sted var meget bedre end forventet. Flinke og hjælpsom personel. Mange faciliteter gør muligt at spare penge fordi der liger alt muligt forretninger i nærheden. Det ligger meget centralt og tæt på Metro også.

Satisfactorio

Esnun lugar agradable. Las chicas que atienden muy amables. La zona es muy segura. Acceso cercano al metro. Zona no ruisosa pero si pasan camiones grandes si se escucha. No hay estacionamiento en la propiedad como tal pero dejar el auto en la calle puede funionar o hay estacionamientos cerca. Hay negocios de alimentos cerca, farmacia, y tiendas de abarrotes. Volveriamos a reservar sin ningun problema.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, hay varias formas de movilizarse. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son pequeñas y se filtra todo el ruido, tanto del exterior del edificio como las de las otras habitaciones, lo cual no permite que descanses bien. En mi caso soy usuario VIP de Expedia, me habían dicho que me darían una mejor habitación y pedí una habitación con dos camas, y no sucedió, pese a que les recordé ese mismo día, tuve que movilizar a mi acompañante a otro lado.
