Complain to the front desk and rudely he said they have to clean the patio.. I understand, but you could lock the door after the cleaning. ..."

"Stayed in room 102. During our stay we seen multiple cockroaches, the sheets had stains and dark shoe marks, the floors were cracked and scratched.
