Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
I feel like we were treated less and were less attentive for being Hispanic ! And it is not family friendly. My kids were told they couldn’t swim in the pool for being to loud and too splashy . Will never come again .

Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive
You get what you pay for! We chose this hotel for the price given the good reviews and it was a great decision! My kids loved the pool and enjoyed the activities and shows. We ate really well, good service. The room was old but clean, same as everything else on this property.

Costa Sur Resort & Spa
We had breakfast provided daily and it was never correct. Some staff unable to understand English so order was never correct. When the food came out it was cold.
