「Hotel is confortable. We stayed at El Cid Marina Beach and passed well. One thing I coud not understand.. At the moment of check-in, we had been asked to change hotel (to El Cid Castillana from El Cid Marina Beach), if we would like to...I don't know the reason why (Overbooking?)... Of course, we have denied the offer and stayed in El Cid Marina beach.」

「There was a mix up with one of the three king rooms we booked. Fortunately they offered a penthouse 2 bedroom & 2 bath suite for our adult sons. The service around the pools was excellent and we enjoyed all the specialty dinners. 」

「It was nice to have a heated pool as the other pools where cold and it was nice but if your looking to just relax this pool was the answer. Also the staff where great always saying hello and the 2 Carlos were awesome at the front desk!」
