"I’ve been staying in this hotel for a long time but it seems that even with mediocre renovations and lack of the right personnel, doesn’t meet their standards.
The towels are so old that they look dirty!!! I believe they have mayor issues with sewage because the bathroom smells like sewage.

"I’ve stayed at this location every wk for the past few months. The Lady that works in the Breakfast area is Very Rude and I’ve spoken to the front desk about some issues and it’s sad it’s been very uncomfortable to have breakfast while she is working. She stares at u rudely and when u ask for napkins or salsa it took her more than 35min to bring it. By then I didn’t want or need it anymore I was done.
U get a cold breakfast unless u pay extra for buffet. Sadly this is a great Hotel. But the service for breakfast STINKS…."

"There was no ice the ice machine it’s been broken for months cause I’ve stayed there a few months ago in November I called the front desk to get ice. They never brought it to my room. other than that, I really like the hotel. It is a little bit expensive. Food is expensive $28 for a club sandwich equivalent of $500 pesos. I don’t like the fact that there’s not a coffee machine in the room. They want you to order room service and it’s very expensive."
