A very comfortable stay, conveniently located in walking distance of amenities in Retiro and Recoleta. The staff were helpful and welcoming, with a good breakfast provided too.

Amazing concierges. I had a very difficult request… needed to find a specialized veterinarian to complete complicated paperwork so I could bring my dog back to the United States. His assistance made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful.

The pros: The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. Elevators worked very well. The hotel is well located in the Recoleta area. The hotel is on the newer side. If you like modern, minimalism, and the color beige this is the place. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel. The cons: The shower is a death trap. It is a TINY square with two sliding pieces of glass. The floor of the shower is so slippery that both of us almost sustained injury when showering. There is no grab bar or anything to hold on to. There is no early check-in EVER! It is with an almost smug response to all guests that the room is "not ready". They will store your bags, however. The keypad for the door is tricky (we were not given any instructions but were eventually shown). There is an espresso machine in the room (great!)... you are only entitled to two pods for your stay (not great). With a haughty tone we were told/lectured that you may purchase additional pods for $2 each. No iron in the room. The balcony was nice but nothing to sit on. The view was pretty good, but the building across has laundry day on the roof every day (kind of charming and kind of not at the same time). There is a garbage dumpster right next to the hotel on the street where you pick up your taxi/ride. Not fun watching people dig through it. Smoker unfriendly, 1 ashtray on the roof. The set breakfast is okay but the same (and not as pictured). Had I known I wouldn't have paid for the breakfast inclusion.
