The staff were great and location was fantastic, I was also impressed that there was a heated indoor pool, but there were 2 things of the room that needs improvement - 1) the room was too cold even with heaters turned to the max, 2) because of the design of the shower, shower water leaked to the rest of the toilet.

Only not fully satisfied with the breakfast we paid for, no cover or heating container for hot dishes ie egg & pancake..so all food were cold, and has not much selection.
