「After I booked this to be near a friend's house, I read all the negative reviews and got worried. But was very pleasantly surprised: the staff did speak some English, the room was spotlessly clean, service was friendly , and there is a public beach in walking distance . 「I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative.
