「Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. 」

「Really nice, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Excellent communication, even when i had a small issue getting into the apartment. They had me sorted within a couple of minutes.」

「Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. 」

「We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%」

「The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. Overall this is a gem of a place to stay and we will definitely be back.」

「Lovely apartment exactly what I wanted, great communication from the team in organising 」

「Fantastic location, easy access and great communication, however we found the apartment needed supplies such as dish towels, paper towels, a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo also needs a complete thorough cleaning. Surfaces are clean, but the walls and ceilings are very dirty.」
