「Fantastic place to stay when visiting Portland. The location can't be beat -- within a couple of blocks to the ferry terminal and Old Town shops and restaurants. The building is next to a police station and my family and I felt very safe. The unit was immaculate, modern, and fully equipped. Onsite parking was a huge bonus, as was the friendly and helpful staff. I would, without hesitation, stay at The Docent's Collection again.」

They have an outdoor dining which was in a beautiful setting. The fitness room has everything I needed. All the service people were very pleasant. I would go back.」

「This hotel is brand new, immaculate, modern design with spacious rooms and a lovely courtyard in the interior. It's a little bit off the core of downtown, but still totally walkable to everything else. It seems like overkill for the town, this very large new hotel in a large town/small "city" where there isn't much to do. But they did a lovely job with it. Highly recommend. If possible, try to avoid the laughably inflated $40/night parking charge.」
「The Longfellow is a great option in Portland--it's quiet, comfortable, clean, and within walking distance of everything. It is not in the Old Port area, which made it more desirable to me, but it's only about a 15 minute walk to downtown and the port area. The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay!」
