「No staff. Everything is virtual. It took forever to get checked in. A poor experience. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room was very small but appeared clean. The bath towels are thin & very small. Thank heavens I am not a big person. A good shower head. Over all I would rate it pour. I would never stay there again.」

The poor rating is coming from what happened when we asked for assistance with an issue in our room and the communication or lack there of the next 2 days. We checked in and went into our room. We noticed immediately that there was no refrigerator in the room. It is listed as one of the amenities for the room. 「At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day.」

「It was very nice. Quiet, room was clean. Close to stores. Theres parking there. My sister enjoyed are stay there. Thank you」

「The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. 」
