"We arrived late evening for a youth soccer tournament lasting all weekend. When going to check in, much to my dismay my room had been canceled due to overbooking. Apparently Expedia had forwarded wrong information to the hotel and they could not reach me. There were ZERO vacancies at ANY hotels within 50 miles of tournament. This is when Casandra at the hotel sprung into action. She called the manager at home to help us find a room in the hotel and didn't let our family be stranded 3+ hours from home. VERY disappointed in Expedia (will continue to use though), and COMPLETELY impressed with service of the hotel. Hopefully this gets to the fine young lady that helped my stranded family! THANK YOU!!"

"Room was nice but a little smaller than I thought it would be. The hairdryer was hidden but I finally found it. The pool/Hot Tub area was really nice I just wish the pool was a little warmer for the kids. I wish that the exercise room had more in it like a bike or something. Wonderful staff and breakfast! Wonderful and nice place to stay though all in all!!!!! I like how many plugs are everywhere for everyone and the staff are helpful 24/7."
