"House was AMAZING! Hot tub was great. Pool was not ready to use, as weather was to cold still, so it was expected to be closed. Beds were excellent . Outside seating was very comfy & it was a great place to sit and chat with family!! We are really looking forward to our return visit In June!!If you are thinking of a VRBO rental in Boise/Nampa don’t hesitate to nab this rental!!"

"Unfortunately we checked in late at night and we had trouble locating the home. The address stated “E” and that was nowhere to be found, based on the outside pictures it looked like it was “B” but the lock box was not on the door, not until we looked at the fence and there it was a lockbox hanging there. We didn’t want to creep into someone’s apartment, but after no response from the host we gave it a try and the code worked. Also, after several knocks and no one came to the door then we opened it and realized it looked the same as the pictures posted. Maybe just specifying the address for the next guest might be beneficial. That night was a bit unsettling, due to not knowing if we were in the correct place. Everything else was just as posted on the site, the bed is a bit small specially if you are over 5ft7in but we had read a review about that. It was very comfortable. Also the bathroom sink was a bit small, my only issue was that I wasn’t sure were to point the faucet so water wouldn’t fall down the wall. We were not able to connect to the internet at all, I had to use my own hotspot when needed. Overall it was a nice place for two people, I think 3 might be a bit tight, just my opinion."

"This was the best place for our group! THANK YOU! The TV had some difficulties, we followed the directions but it wouldn’t let us watch live tv. Other than that, we are already looking at dates for next year!"

"This place was absolutely perfect. We were visiting family in Melba and decided to stay at this home and boy i was so glad we did. Its quite and right on the snake river with great fishing. The house has plenty of room to move around and it was equipped with everything you need. We stay in 2 to 3 houses a year and i have to say this was one of the best. You wont be disappointed."

"The home was dirty. Floors looked as though they weren’t mopped or cleaned in any way. Walls, doors, baseboards, vents all need thorough cleaning. There was garbage under furniture, stuff spilled under the bed and on the floor. The owner sent the cleaner back while I was there which was awkward but I pointed out many things that weren’t cleaned. She cleaned some of it… I showed her places on the wall where stuff was spilled/dripping down the wall. She left it and told me she didn’t have time to clean everything between each guest. The kitchen was not equipped to host ten of us as advertised. We save money as a large family by cooking at the homes we rent. The kitchen didn’t have enough forks, spoons, plates… so one. We had to eat in shifts and wash things by hand to make it work. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some as well. Location was great and we felt safe in the home and neighborhood. It’s too bad that the cleanliness wasn’t there or cared for because it could be a great place. "
