"This place was a total disappointment!! We arrived very late at night to find things broken, missing, dirty sheets, lack of towels, and the pool was green. Another guest had no water in their shower. We didn't bother staying..just cancelled the room, and had to go search for another hotel, in the middle of the night, in a strange city. The staff tried to be helpful, and willing let us out of any cancellation fees."
