「Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again.」

「Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.」

「Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.」

「Le réceptionniste ne nous répondait plus au téléphone pour acter une arrivée postérieure à 19h (heure de la fermeture du guichet). Il nous a dit de le réer avec un numéro de carte bleu pour une empreinte bancaire. J’étais au volant et il était 17h. Le temps de me garer pour lui communiquer le numéro, il ne nous a plus répondu malgré de nombreux appels. Il a laissé l’heure défiler jusqu’à 19h et il a fermé dans le plus grand des calmes.
