The location of the hotel was superb. Hotel Michelangelo was a short walking distance from the action. Even though this is a budget friendly hotel, the property was clean & well maintained. The staff were professional & very helpful. My room was cleaned each day & they have a nice selection of Romanian wine at their bar. If I visit Bucharest again, I will definitely stay there again.

There is no pool ,other residents thought there was one aswell but told by every one there ,no pool onsite we ended up going swimming out which was expensive but worth it also ,apartment was amazing perfect for family's enjoyed our stay on

The studio was clean, well located and generally comfortable, and communication with the property was mostly fine.
However, I was disappointed that a washing machine was listed among the facilities but was not available in the apartment. I checked in on Sunday and only found out on Thursday, after asking where it was, that it had been removed because of a problem. I was told it would be resolved that day, but this should have been communicated at check-in rather than only after I asked. For a stay of several nights, this can be an important facility.
Also, after I informed the property that I would be leaving early, housekeeping arrived before I had confirmed that I had actually checked out. It would be better to confirm the guest’s departure time first.
Overall, the property is good in terms of cleanliness and location, but the listing should accurately reflect the available facilities and the check-out communication could be improved.
