「This property was wonderful. The staff is superb. We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working in our room properly. We hung in there until 10pm and just could not deal, it was an air conditioner that felt freezing and would not turn off. The desk person who checked us in earlier was at the desk, Rocanne. She was wonderful, she said, absolutely, let's move you down the hallway check that out first. We did, it was perfect. She also said she's put a tag for the maintenance people...
「This is an excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are immaculate. They have lots of amenities and a great free breakfast. We stay there every time we go to Macon to visit family. It’s also convenient to a lot of retail and great restaurants. I consider it the best place to stay in Macon.」
