Magnificent terraced house located in the residential area of the village of Fornells, in a pleasant complex with a communal swimming pool and garden.



The chalet consists on the ground floor of a large covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a courtesy toilet.



On the first floor are the three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with pleasant views over the garden, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with bunk beds. Another bathroom completes the layout of the first floor.

No tourist services are provided (room service, food and drink, etc...) in the accommodation during the clients' stay.
