If you were hoping to crash at your younger brother’s uni apartment, then this is the place for you! The room was an absolute shamble - everything from the walls, floors, doors, and counters to the chairs, sofa, curtains, and bed were stained, damaged, and dirty. The sofa was so dirty and stained that we asked for extra sheets to cover the cushions before we felt comfortable sitting on it. The bed had springs popping out so don’t hope for a restful night’s sleep. We attempted the kitchen but there was food stuck to the plates and cutlery so we quickly abandoned that. Unfortunately, the property is not really near anything so it was a trip to find a restaurant for the evening. The staff was kind and the rest of the property looked otherwise maintained so possibly we were just stuck in a poorly maintained room. However, as our room was not cheaper than any others of similar level at the property, I would not gamble with this hotel again.
