「Bello hotel, ubicacion excelente, personal maravilloso. No puedo poner 5 estrellas porque la comida nos parecio terrible - la calidad era fatal, y carisima. Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. Pero espero que el management tome nota.」

「A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. 「Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island.
