Spacious Penthouse

It was great, very spacious, and centrally located. It has a very nice rooftop deck, it was a bit cold for us at the time, but definitely would be great in the warmer months.

Fantastic funky loft space

Very spacious and fun loft-style dwelling with beautiful roof-top deck. Bedrooms are lovely. Lots of spaces for families to spread out. Could easily hold 3-generation gatherings or multiple families. Kitchen was stocked with lots of staples and some snacks!

Short family trip

The accommodations were spacious, very clean, conveniently located, and parking was great especially the garage. Owners were easily available for any concern-there were none. We had a great time and highly recommend staying at this location. Definitely go to restaurant next door, Sabor Caribe. Friendly and delicious food!

Fantastic Gem in the City

Everything about the Edge Penthouse met or exceeded our expectations. The owners are friendly and kind. The neighborhood is welcoming with everything you need within walking distance - restaurants, liquor store, groceries, and more. It has a great downtown feel without being right in the mix near Beale Street, but close enough that you can get to Beale Street and the riverfront with a walk, drive, or rideshare. We would absolutely stay in the Edge Penthouse again!

Great Experience

This is an amazing place! Great location, with nearby new restaurant, close to a great coffee shop, and Sun Recording Studio. The accommodations were awesome; we were a party of 6 and the place can handle another 2-4 easily. Great gathering spots, nice kitchen, everything worked. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Perfect fit

We had a baby shower for expecting family that live in Memphis. The location and accommodations fit our needs perfectly for us family members from out of town. We could walk to the venue where the celebration was held, as well as other places for food and drinks in The Edge District.Also, could not ask for better host! They took great care of us. We will defiantly stay here again.

Relaxing

We enjoyed how clean place was, the space was very impressive to be honest it was to big for me and my family but, afforded us the space to spread out. The rooftop patio was amazing. The location was good close to many events and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. The hosts and their daughter was great and made themselves available.

Perfect for our Girl’s Trip!

This is a special property! Communication with the owners was great. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well maintained, great location, and a rooftop deck that is perfect for early morning coffee and late night wine/cocktails. Our girl’s group loved it! I’m already trying to decide when I can come back to Memphis so I can stay here again!

Wonderfully Centrally Located

The accommodations were excellent. The unit was close to a lot of the sites we wanted to visit and we had a personal parking garage. Tasty food spots were walking distance (although it was too cold to walk). The rooms were spacious (I hate that word but it's the most accurate). The owner met us at the unit and gave us a tour of the "penthouse." He also gifted us with numerous treats, including locally made libations. We really enjoyed the hospitality!

Perfect spot!

This property had so much character, tons of room for our party of six and the host was so gracious and hospitable. Great location although we did have a car so didn’t walk much (weather wasn’t permitting either). Could have easily walked to Beale St. Our time was short there and could have stayed longer. Next time!

Great Location & Inviting

The location was great; walking distance to ball field, downtown, and the river front. The hosts were very friendly and available to answer any questions. The home was clean, roomy, fun vibes, and stocked with the amenities of home. The kitchen had basics, the laundry had a steamer, and there was a speaker fo connect to. Just like home! I would return if visiting Memphis again.

Chickfest 2024

Myself and 5 college friends enjoyed a reunion at this wonderful penthouse! The space was well appointed and good location for getting to Beale Street and Sun City studios. Graceland a bit further but worth the trip. We rented a car and they have a garage to park in. Place was great and the owners were very nice and helpful.

A week with no blues, all fun, lol!

Wow! The property was great! The hosts, even better! So close to all the Memphis things! We walked most everywhere and had a great time. The property is spacious, in a good location and as a bonus has a delicious restaurant right next door! Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Fun Convenient Great for a Guys Trp

We took in a Grizzlies game and the Bass Pro Pyramid. We walked to Beale Street and rode the Bird scooters back to the house. My son and my nephews enjoyed the pool table and the rooftop patio. Very clean and neat. Recommend.

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration

The moment we walked in the door of the penthouse we were in awe! That place was phenomenal, beautiful, safe, clean, and perfect for our stay! We were able to catch a quick Lyft downtown and was inexpensive. The trip to Graceland for my mom's birthday was everything she dreamed of and more! It was very close distance wise as well. The people we ran into in Memphis were all very friendly! Our hosts the Todd's were THE VERY BEST! I would definitely recommend this penthouse to anyone coming to the city because it is a great location and close to everything!!!!!!

Great for a Group

This property has everything needed for an extended stay in Memphis. We've stayed in many VRBO's. This one had the best kitchen. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The apartment was large, clean, and well appointed. There was a laundry room, a large outdoor balcony, a pool table, many beds and bedrooms, and bathrooms. Although it is a little off the beaten path, and we were without a car, we were able to see Beale Street, the Pyramid, and most other attractions using our $2.00 per day trolley passes. The hosts were gracious and very easy to communicate and work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Simply awesome!

This place is located within short distance of most of the attractions, Sun Studio 5 minute by foot and everything else with a short Uber or streetcar ride. The home is very large and comfortable with a pool table in the living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large and comfortable rooftop deck with couch, chairs, bbq and eating table and a fully stocked kitchen (even had some sweets and beer waiting for us). Everything you would ever need is in this apartment. Becky was very helpful and communicative and even drove us to the airport on our last day, having to get up for a 4am pickup! We travel alot as a group of friends to many places and we have never had such a wonderful location as this one. Highly recommended! Thanks Becky!

Girls Trip

This was a perfect and very large place for us to stay! We were able to walk to Trolley Market for breakfast/lunch and ride the Trolley Bus just a block away to go downtown! We had an amazing time and would recommend this location to anyone!!
