Great place for a vacation for two. Responsive staff excellent cuisine ,good beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable equipped with everything you need. We spent a great week at this hotel not once regretting our choice. Thank you to all the hotel staff this was our best vacation.

Accueil pas très attentif à nos demandes. Repas décevants dans son ensemble.
Beaucoup de bruit avec tous les climatiseurs.
Chambres spacieuse, belle piscine, jolie plage. Un peu loin de tout géographiquement.

Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis / Buffet in Schwimmbadhallenatmosphäre / zusätzliche (sehr gute) Restaurants sind angeblich ausgebucht oder wie an Weihnachten einfach geschlossen, wir konnten diese zumindest kaum nutzen / 24x7 Kundentelefonnummer ist nicht wirklich 24x7 besetzt / Läden auf dem Resortgelände machen selten zu den angebenen Zeiten auf; bei Beschwerden wird man gerne an der Rezeption "abgewimmelt" oder seltsame Begründungen für Probleme gefunden / Animationsprogramm ist nahezu peinlich und leider auch sehr nervig - hier wird man Abends ewig beschallt wenn man z.B. ein Zimmer mit Poolblick hat / ingesamt einfach wirklich nicht zufriedenstellend; positiv: Hotelarzt verfügbar der sich bei uns im Krankheitsfall sehr gut gekümmert hat

The suite was roomy and well sound-proofed, and the beds were really comfortable. No annoying music on the beach and no kids, so you can really relax. If you stay less than 7 days you can't book the à la carte restaurants and you'll have to eat at the buffet, which is actually better than we expected. Attentive medical staff is available 24/7. Transport to/from airport will cost you around 60-70 CUC each way.

A couple of small things
Your over all properties were beautiful. Nothing to improve on. Your staff are awesome too.
Two things happened that were disappointing.
I went to see a Dr there. He was fantastic and got m issues looked after.I needed some extra pesos to pay him. He could not charge his fee to my room. So I went to the front desk to purchase some pesos but they said they couldn't sell me pesos (very strange) She arranged for a taxi into to town so I could go to a banking machine. It cost 30 pesos return. If you have a resort in the middle of no where you should be able to provide currency exchange.
On my exit your front desk arranged a taxi for me. As we started our journey I said to the taxi "why are we going west when Varadero is to the east. He showed me his dispatch and the front desk had told him to take me to Havana airport. He was awesome and said no problem we will get you there as quick as we can. Great driver. Had I not been paying attention this mistake would have cost me over a $1000 Canadian. Flying out of Havana to Toronto is about 4 times more expensive. I would have lost my paid for flight out of Varadero and had to buy a flight out of Havana.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz ordentliches hotel. Die Zimmer leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ganz ok, hatten aber schon am zweiten Tag starke Magen-Darm-Beschwerden, vermutlich vom Essen/Trinken. Außerdem sehr hellhörig und oft laut.

Exageradamente tranquilo,la musica que ponen en la piscina no se escucha nada,entiendo perfectamente que es un hotel para adultos,pero no hay que exagerar,poca y aburrida recreacion y pienso que se paga mucho para no disfrutar como debe ser en un hotel,la comida poca variedad solo algunas cosas se podian comer,al menos yo y mi familia no volveremos ahi,y despues de la comida no hay mas nada que comer hasta el proximo dia el desayuno

We really enjoyed the service in general, however, the service at check-in could be improved. We have never stayed in Memories before, an explanation of the available service and facilitairs would have been nice. Check-out time was not mentioned and no luggage service to room was offered.
Also, it is not easy to get bottles of water. We got 1 per day, for 2 persons. When asking for a refill/new bottle, this was not possible. We hardly drink softdrinks or alcohol, mostly water. This should be made available more easily.
Finally the fan speed of the airconditioning could be regulated in the livingroom, but not in the bedroom. It was pretty noisy, being able to adjust the fan speed would have been nice.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay; room was very clean, good food and excellent service.

Creo que sólo es mejorable els ervicio de Wi-fi... las tarjetas de una hora que se deben comprar es limitado. Deberían haber tarjetas de 5 horas o de un dia. Es un Hotel excelente para Cuba... el personal no sólo es agradable sinó que es muy servicial; La comida de Bufett es de calidad, bien hecha y cocinada. Se nota hay una buena dirección.. incluso los jugos son de calidad. uenos cocineros, trabajan con rapidez y buen trato. Las cenas con Reserva para las noches en el Restaurante Internacional, Italiano y Ranchon , son excelentes.. en especial el menú Gormet del Italiano y del Internacional. Las habitaciones espaciosas y bien limpias. La playa y piscina con servicio gratuito de refrescos y tragos; incluso te sirven cocos recien cortados. Los 2 Yacuzzy de la piscina funcionan. Los espectáculos de noches son buenos y los músicos que amenizan por la tarde tambien buenos. No sabría que mas decir de un Hotel medio en la Playa de Cuba... simplemente, me parece de Muy Bueno a Excelente.

Staff was very friendly and inviting. Property is conveniently very close to the beach.
They don’t offer many activities or excursions. Diamond club helps a bit with meals. Food is just OK but staff friendliness makes up for it.

Empfehlenswert
Schöne Anlage an einem schönen Strand mit Korallenriff direkt davor. Unbedingt Schnorcheln gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert, der Zustand insgesamt gut. Das Büfett Abendessen ist eher Mittelmaß. Besser soll das Italienische Restaurant sein, das man aber morgens reservieren muss.

It was a good resort, food was okay was expecting a little more, but then again I'm vegan. The resort has a lot of activities. It was an older crowd so if you're looking for the party crowd this isn't it. The staff is very nice. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy at all. I would recommend it to friend.

Hotel z charakterem.
Zdecydowane miejsce na podium wśród wszystkich hoteli z charakterem i duszą , w których byliśmy. Na pewno w czołówce z Queen Mary i zamkiem Moszna. Będąc na Kubie nie moglibyśmy pominąć tego hotelu.
Tu trzeba spać, a nie tylko go zwiedzać.
Ponadto wbrew licznym recenzjom pokój bardzo czysty. Zestaw kosmetyków to absolutny rekord świata włączając w to nawet żele do płukania zębów. Check in na piętrze executive błyskawiczny. Internet darmowy na cały pobyt. Powitalne mohito. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, tak w executive jak i trochę bogatsze ale na chaotycznej sali wśród tłumów na dole . Kontakt mailowy przed przyjazdem doskonały. Super głęboki basen. Fajna darmowa wycieczka z przewodnikiem. I to wszystko upolowane z wyprzedzeniem za około 700 zł za dwie noce w pokoju executive .

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt am Strand. Das drumherum nix ist, wussten wir & das war so gewollt- eine Woche Entspannung.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geraeumig, sauber und ordentlich & die Betten bequem.
Vom Kuchebuffet, das wirklich sehr lecker war, abgesehen, war das Essen meist eine Katastrophe- meistens voellig zerkocht und ein ungewuerzter Einheitsbrei. Einzig an den beiden Tagen, an denen wohl die Chef's im Speisesaal rumgelaufen sind, hat es gut geschmeckt... das haetten wir immer so erwartet. Service im Speisesaal ist meistens katastrophal. Mitarbeiter haben die besondere Gabe, durch die Gaeste hundurchzusehen. Trotz Tip mussten wir oft mehrfach um Getraenkenachschub bitten...
Im Gegensatz dazu die Bars- hier laeuft und flutscht alles fix, freundlich & super.
Schlecht ist dieses Hotel fuer Raucher... es gibt 6(!!!) Bars- nicht in einer einzigen ist es moeglich, in Ruhe einen Drink zu nehmen und eine Zigarette zu rauchen... auch draussen nicht! Das ist schon sehr traurig: Raucher zahlen dieselben Preise... auch fuer diese solte es Rechte geben! Hier wird die Welt immer bekloppter... dieses Hotel setzt dem die Krone auf!
