"Well the staff needs to work on communication with eachother, they got over booked for the room I reserved so we ended up getting 2 separate rooms, I got charged extra instead of the amount I was prepared to pay. We where told our rooms where clean amd they where not,, I checked my daughter's room amd there was soap left over from the previous guest, our bed in 321 was broke we sat down on the corner and it collapsed the bed is very uncomfortable so paying $321.00 for two nights is way to expensive. For the quality we got."
