The hotel was very basic. The room was clean enough but very small. There was no elevator so we had to carry our bags upstairs. The walls were paper thin. The hotel was noisy. Breakfast was given in a bag - packaged pastry, packaged breakfast burrito, packaged muffin, and orange juice.

Construction started at 7 am I stayed 3 days and that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was disappointing. Floors in my room seemed dirty my socks turned black. Things will get better when completed. Priced reasonably through Expedia.

Room smelled of smoke so badly i had to go buy a fan to air it out. It is also close to the paper mill so the outside the room smelled like garbage.

Our room was supposed to be two queens. They were out of rooms for several people in the lobby that had bookings. Our son had to sleep on floor, and there was no shower curtain or rod for that matter. Had to put towels on the ground to keep from flooding. Receptionists was great in lobby and not her fault. Felt sorry for what she had to deal with. Won’t be staying there again.

If you want a cheap hotel and don’t care what the room looks like this is it. No hairdryer in the room. Front desk staff was unfriendly and didn’t want to be bothered. There is a convenience store located right next-door, which is nice they carry just about everything. Coffee downstairs was bitter with no creamer not out all day if I had known I would’ve stayed at the casino for the same exact price and got a better room.

The shower had hair from previous guests. No hair drier as listed on website was available. No couches were in the “suite” as pictured. Only 2 beds-no closet or dresser. Washing machine ran at all hours of the day/night and vibrated so much woke us up at 230 AM. Staff smoked right outside the entrance even though a sign said must be 25 feet away to smoke. Would not recommend even in an emergency.

We arrived at the property at almost 7 pm. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people. When we got to the property they only had 1 room reserved and told us that the cleaning lady was not done cleaning our rooms yet. We left for dinner and came back and the rooms were "ready". We had reserved 2 rooms with 1 king bed in each. Room 1 was clean but the TV did not work. They did give a discount for the inconvenience. Room 2, the room I stayed in, smelled of fresh paint. It was bare bones. A desk, desk chair and a bed. It had construction dust in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough. But again not what we expected. In the morning, I went to get in the shower and the handle came off. It is a super 8. I did not expect much, but it was clear they are remodeling and our room was almost down. Probably won't stay here again.

Staff was wonderful. The Room. Bathrooms toilets flush handle was broken, made it difficult to flush and was not attach to the toilet, the tub was very duty, and the water presure was so low a shower was not possible, ie would.not have been able to wash my hair. The room furniture was very old and damaged,and was not wipe down, carpet was not clean, my slippers were very durty. there were a couple of cigarette Burns in the carpet, the sheets looked clean, but i still.used my ownand my own pillow and blanket. The lighting was very poor made it difficult to get some of my work done in the evening overall I was disappointed I've stayed in a lot better Super 8 rooms and will not be going back here or recommend anybody to stay there parking was good

Only good thing about this property is the location. But everything else is so terrible that we would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here if they have other choices. Let’s start with the lady who checked us in. The most rudest person to be working in a customer service type of industry. She and the hotel management knowingly gave us one of the rooms which had no cold water in the bathroom and nonfunctional shower and toiles. When we found out upon checking in the frond desk lady said oh she forgot to tell us and the hotel is full so she is not able to do anything as the hotel is fully booked. She said I can talk with the manager but he will not be in until the next day. Then we find out in the morning that the manager actually had not visited the property in weeks. The most unprofessional staff and management and a terribly maintained property.

Note -- the property was just finishing up a renovation so workers were still working on things around the building -- painting, carpet etc in the hallways. That being said, it was not cleaned up after the work. We had a bottle cap in the drain of our sink -- causing slow drainage. The tub and bathroom trim had dried spackle/filler on it -- like it had not been wiped/cleaned afterwards. They have no elevator and did accommodate me needing a first floor room due to mobility issues -- but I had to be okay with missing carpet in the hallway (no problem). I requested a suitcase stand for our room but they never got back to me with one so we made do (it was just difficult). The man/guest drinking a case of beer and asking for money at the back entrance (nearest our room) was not a thing we really appreciated. The location is in a light industrial area right off the highway. I think next time I'll leave this location for others and opt to stay in town closer to restaurants and things since they did not have any breakfast set up. But that helped us discover 2 amazing breakfast places -- Waffles & More in Lewiston and Hazels in Clarkston so that was a bonus.

At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood running down the wall. Got to our room which smelled like curry and sweat and found a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. The tv wasn’t working right so we tried to get help and was met with rudeness from the employee that didn’t want to get off his personal call. There were dead bugs covering the window seals/tracks and live bugs crawling in the bathroom and one on the bed. The tv, microwave, coffee maker, lamp and fridge were all plugged into one extension cord that was hanging down the wall. The tile floor in the room also looked dirty. The pillows were small and flat and when I asked for more pillows no one ever brought any up. No one ever came to make beds or check towels or clean the room while we were there. The employees had enough time to braid each others hair in the lobby though. All this in a supposedly newly renovated hotel. Would not recommend at all! Worst experience I’ve ever had.
