「Lovely, comfortable stay. Helpful staff and very pleasant. Bed was large and comfortabe. Good biscuits with tea tray. Very welcoming.」

「Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. 」

「What a gorgeous little hotel. Staff were very good, felt like very professional service. Lovely comfortable bedroom, excellent food at dinner service and very reasonable. Breakfast was continental , left in the grudge in your room, and was delicious 」

「Lovely stay at Meadhon House as part of a Borders exploration trip. Easy walking distance to Jedburgh Abbey and town centre. The room was beautifully furnished and very well appointed. Breakfast was very tasty with good options. Lovely warm welcome from Amanda and Rob - turns out it is a very small world indeed! We shall return if ever back in the area. 」
