"Property was older, great location and good value. Not much available for breakfast. Carpet was dirty and bed not the best. Good TV, bathroom older but great shower with hot water. Limited parking. Staff were nice and helpful."

"The property was clean and had all the things needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Neighbors were extremely courteous, and there was very little noise. We would definately stay again. Seemed to be centrally located for the activities we attended for the weekend."

"There was an issue with climate control. We had 7 adults and 3 children so we utilized all of the bedrooms. Unfortunately there is only one climate control for the whole house which is on the main floor. With the climate control set for the main floor the basement rooms and bathroom were cold and we were very uncomfortable. Basically if the AC is on, the basement will be in the upper 60's at best. I would suggest space heaters in the basement for future rentals even if the outdoor temperatures are high. Also, the house needs to have the AC on early in the day for check-ins. We arrived and it was turned off and it took several hours for the upstairs to cool down below 80 degrees. On another note, the water presser in the showers is very low.The location is absolutely beautiful and we loved the space. Michelle was very communicative except on check-in day when we were trying to figure out how to cool the house down. Unfortunately, there was a lengthy delay that one time. Other than that she was very quick to respond. We would definitely rent this property again but would need to address the temperature situation."
