The small bedroom is located onto Egan Street and includes a double sized bed, and private ensuite. With maximum sized bed for the room and is recommend for couple staying a few nights or single guest. Windows face Egan Street, has low medium level noise internally. Key features: Double bed, Egan st view, low sound, separate lounge and bedroom.

Access to the garden area is available to guests between 4pm and 8pm daily.
