Comfortable, Clean and everything you need for an apartment including washing machine and dryer. Parking is not on-site, but not very far from the property. Please make sure you asked for the amenities if not provide in your apartment. Due to Covid, we were supposed to be given a bag with all the amenities during check in. We did not realized that until check out.

The studio apartment room was much larger than we anticipated. The room was very clean and spacious the only downside was the noise from the trains which we are not used to.

All around great property!

We were totally pleased with our stay at this property. Starting with friendly and competent staff at reception and continuing with a spotless, modern and well-appointed unit. Full kitchen and washer & dryer in the unit. Plenty of fast food take-out, a major tram line and many sights right at the doorstep. We felt safe, even walking at night. We did not feel the need for car rental and ended up exploring the city on foot. Highly recommend this property.

Love This Place

I really loved this hotel/apartment. It's only 2 blocks away from Southern Cross station which makes getting to and from airport a breeze. Lots of food options and within the free tram zone in the city so getting around is super easy. Have a kitchenette and a washer and dryer was a lifesaver too since I've been traveling for 2 weeks and was in dire need of clean clothes.

Nicely appointed accommodations, modern clean look and feel. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage for a week long stay. Kitchen and living area were great although a small rug would have been nice in front of the sofa, the floors & the weather were a bit cold the week we stayed. There are trains about one block away, it tends to be noisy until the trains stop for the night.

私はタクシーを利用しましたが駅トラムともに近く市街地にも少し歩きますが徒歩で行けてとても利便性は高いと思います。 アパートメントホテルなのでとても過ごしやすいです。清掃も行き届いておりきれいな部屋でした。洗面台だけ小さいので使いにくかったです。家電設備共に充実していますので長期滞在に便利だと思います。私は友人に会いに行ったので友人を招けたり便利でした。

The bathroom had drainage odour issueS and the air conditioner made a Terrible noise and didn’t work very well and the bed was way to soft that made me wake up with a sore back. And they didn’t have any decent tea bags. The tea was awful. Otherwise pleasant.

Our room was a family two bedroom apartment on the 12th floor, North East corner of building. The main bedroom had full length windows that covered two walls, the view was fantastic and could even see the Yarra River. Only thing I could fault was silicon in shower was starting to grow mould. But I’m sure there maintenance crew will fix this ASAP. Will definitely stay again! 👍
