Take a short walk to the Convention centre, the Crown and get a taste of Melbourne's culture along Southbank. This apartment is located on the 14th floor overlooking the city. Located next to Southern Cross Station, this has quick access from the airport. Pool temporarily unavailable.

Building has no concierge. Rooms were dirty, especially the balcony. Blind broken and unable to be raised, carpets and chairs / table dirty.Fridge freezer has not been defrosted for at least 12 months - full of ice and unable to be used.Plates and crockery chipped and dirty.Pillows and bed sheets in bedrooms dirty.Loud construction noise until 10pm from building next door.No body soap or toothbrush etc., only saving grace is that hot water for shower is very hot.

Clean place, pleasant to stay it would be perfect if Wifi is provided as mobile connection is quite weak in the apartments but nonetheless the place is awesome!

Filthy, not as advertised, and only two beds instead of three. I booked this apartment because it was advertised as having two bedrooms and three beds. Before arrival, the host repeatedly confirmed that the king bed would be split into two singles. When we arrived, there was one queen bed and one king bed, with no extra sheets or suitable bedding. One of my sons was forced to sleep on the couch. The apartment was filthy. There was visible mould throughout the shower, dirty and deteriorated sealant, hair and grime around the toilet, a used toothbrush left in the shower, and a makeup brush left on the floor near the broken heater. The bathroom vanity showed extensive water damage, the ceiling vent was clogged with dust, and appliances and furniture were covered in dust. The only heating provided was an old portable oil heater. The curtains were extremely thin and provided little privacy in the living area, even though the view was onto a brick wall. We moved to this property at Marcus's recommendation after he assured us it would be clean and would provide the same sleeping arrangements. Neither promise was honoured. The host blamed a cleaner's emergency and offered $50 compensation, but no discount was applied. Moving elsewhere at the last minute would have cost far more, so we had no practical option but to remain. The apartment was not supplied as advertised and was in a disgusting condition. I would not stay here again or recommend this accommodation provider.
