We had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent—everything in Mornington was close by, making it easy to get around and visit all the places we wanted. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding. Since it was raining, she knew it would be difficult for us to wait outside, so she kindly let us check in earlier than the normal check-in time. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. Overall, the accommodation was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I won't recommend to anyone who prefers to have a good night sleep, as at this place, the walls and floor of the rooms are like paper thin, i was able to hear every foot step, when a tap was turned on, and whispering from next door. There's no openable windows (just a frosted glass pane) in the room but still managed to be leaking lots of light into the room to irritate my sleep.

Stayed here numerous times. Studio is compact and has what you need. Only downside, you are a thin wall away to neighbour. Location also very good. Got a great price but don’t see those prices anymore. Compared to hotels for similar prices where you get more space, they will price themselves out. Wait for any good deals… if they come back.
