Fully renovated to very high standards, this large ground floor 2 bedroom apartment comprising of stunning interior highlights two generous bedrooms both with built-in robes and luxurious central bathroom with separate toilet. Light filled open lounge/dinning area and adjoining stone bench kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Add to this ducted heating ,hybrid flooring and gleaming polished and matt terrazzo tiling in the wet areas, double blackout blinds, integrated laundry facilities with brand new heat-pump dryer and washing machine, plus intercom/secure entry/doorbell security camera and undercover free parking space with easy access. Moonee Ponds is a well-established inner north-western suburb of Melbourne, surrounded by the neighboring suburbs of Brunswick, Essendon, and Ascot Vale.
Puckle Street includes a variety of retail shops and a lot of cafes and restaurants, As you head towards Mt Alexander Road and into Ascot Vale, there is a strip lined with restaurants and retail outlets.

Before leaving, please place all used towels and tea towels in the washing machine. This helps us prepare the space quickly and ensures a fresh stay for the next guests.
Before leaving, switch off all lights, air-conditioner, and ducted heating. Please also turn off electric blankets when not in use.

I did not get to stay at the property as it is a scam and my booking got cancelled without contacting me and they would not refund the deposit they stole.
