Hotel with all essentials covered

This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again

We stayed in one of the more rooms with dated bed covers however the beds were comfortable and I am used to my own pillow. I would suggest adding a small long life milk in the fridge and better tea and coffee products. For the price, it was a good overnight stay and suited our needs.

A hidden gem, the cleanliness was a relief.

The decor was plain and the scaffolding for work on the building looked off putting but the cleanliness and the facilities turned out to be quite ok and we enjoyed our stay.

everything was very easy to navigate and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easily accessible as it’s right under the hotel. Very close to nearby groceries and only 20 mins from CBD while still being quiet daily.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to solve a small problem for me which was amazing of them and they were so nice about it. Parking was really easy to find and use but be warned for cars over 2 meters tall it is low parking. Other than that they had a very good kitchen which made it super easy for me to cook breakfast for my partners birthday which is why we stayed there. They had more facilities and utensils than I was expecting which was lovely. Staff were absolutely lovely.

BED BUGS, POOR PLUMBING, NO CLEANING, AND NO STAFFING... We booked a 7 night stay here, and the first day once I had a shower the drain was backing up and filling the entire bathroom floor with water. The hot water tap only gets luke warm. After a couple of nights I started to notice bites on my daughter's body after waking up, I brushed it off initially and then looked under the bed which is covered up with layers of foam and bedding stained in blood from bed bugs and other people.... Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic place. There is no person at the front desk and the service is very poor. Worst place I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. Stay at a better hotel and AVOID at all costs!!!
