Perfectly located adjacent to the Gunns Road Reserve with acres of parkland to enjoy at your doorstep, which has a great playground, a beautiful walking track along with a secure dog park.
You are also within walking distance to the spring square shopping complex. Located very close to the Monash freeway and Princes highway. For all of your shopping needs, you are within a 5 minute drive to Fountain gate shopping Centre and a 10 minute drive to Dandenong Plaza.
You'll have complete access to the entire, with the exception of the garage. * Please be aware that while our property is pet-friendly, we want to inform you that there is no secure space in the backyard, so we kindly request that you do not leave your furry friend alone in the backyard during your stay. * Two elegant bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. * Separate laundry room with a washing machine. * Two designated car spaces provided, and ample free off-street parking available.
• For bookings with no reviews, please send a request first rather than using instant booking. • Government-issued ID may be required. • Only registered guests are allowed, so please make sure to include the correct number of guests, including children, in your booking. • Please observe the noise curfew and keep noise levels down between 9:30 pm and 7:30 am. • Parties or events are strictly prohibited in the property. • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. • Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you go out. • Please keep the house key(s) safe as charges will apply if it is lost. • Please pull the garbage bins out on the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on MONDAY night before collection day (details about bin collection will be provided at the property). • Arrival instructions will be sent one day prior to your check-in date. • We provide an an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment - bowl, lead etc. * Dogs are not allowed on any couches or beds at any time. * A dry-cleaning charge may apply if dog hair needs to be removed from bedding or upholstery. * If holes are found in window or door screens from dogs scratching you will need to cover replacement of the screens. Please ensure your dog does not scratch doors or screens. Scratch marks on doors will also incur replacement charges. * Please ensure you clean up any little surprises around the garden! Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond. * Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply. * On Monday night, please ensure that council bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed for the weekly collection. * Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. * Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. * Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out. * Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it. * Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply. * Parking at a carport is available in the backyard and plenty of off-street parking for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house. * The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
