As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a grand, fully fenced estate adorned with lush landscaping with gorgeous Australian Native plants and a welcoming horseshoe driveway that can easily accommodate multiple cars.
This oasis of tranquility is just a short stroll from the charming Rye township, where you can explore shops, savor delicious cuisine at local restaurants, or take in the breathtaking views from the famous Rye pier.
Asolana is a home for all seasons.
Inside, this spacious haven offers a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
With two distinct living areas, each equipped with its own TV and one featuring a convenient desk, you'll have room to relax or work as needed.
The heart of the home is a vast central living, kitchen, and dining area, adorned with a charming wood coonara heater and beautiful, polished floorboards throughout.
There are two large glass sliding doors that open onto the al fresco entertaining area embracing the perfect indoor/outdoor living space.
Featuring five beautifully appointed bedrooms (one with baby cot), all boasting built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans & provide ample space for restful nights.
Beds are:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen
Bedroom 2: 2 x King single
Bedroom 3: 2 x King single & 1 trundle bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x King single
Bedroom 5: 1 King
Sleeps 11 in total.
Please note that if the property is not fully booked with 11 guests - bedrooms will be locked off if not hosting any guests.

The property boasts not one but two generously sized bathrooms, both complete with indulgent bathtubs, as well as two separate toilets.
There is another shower and toilet in the laundry area via the side of the property (near the children's outdoor play equipment) for easy access.
Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted heating and cooling throughout.
Outdoor paradise is what Asolana captures for the perfect year-round escape.
Step outside to discover an outdoor entertainment haven.
The al fresco undercover area beckons with ceiling fans, sun shades, outdoor heaters, a large TV, dining and lounge spaces, a pizza oven, bar fridges, an ice machine, and a gas BBQ.

Families will love the children's playground with equipment for hours of laughter and play.
Cool off in the large solar and gas-heated pool, and rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Please note that there is a pool and a smaller plunge pool with spa jets (this is not a traditional spa).
