Dream holiday home and location!

Wow we were blown away by this gem of a rental! The location is truly incredible - we’ve stayed all over the East coast and never been so close to the ocean with views from the whole house. Laying in bed looking at the waves was a real treat. Everything was renovated, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. And as an added bonus it was so nicely decorated for the holidays, which my kids loved. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to the in-laws in MB.

Great place ON the beach

Wonderful, clean house. Walk onto the beach. Has all the things you need. From cooking items, beach towels and chairs, sand toys, etc. 2nd time staying and will be back.

The best

Location could not be any better, right on the beach and close to everything. The place was perfect, just as shown, and the hosts friendly and super helpful and responsive. This the second year we stay in this place and will very likely do it again.

A Very Beachy Experience

This ocean front townhouse was amazing with incredible views and updated interior, just steps from the soft sands of Melbourne Beach. The unit had a great layout and was well-appointed. The owners were communicative prior to check-in and throughout the course of our stay. We look forward to returning to this location in the future.

A piece of paradise

This was such an amazing place to vacation with our family! The location, the quiet private beach, the decor and cleanliness - it was all perfect! Joe was quick to respond to any questions we had. We are so thankful we found this place, and we will definitely be back!

Breathtaking views

The townhome is in a lovely and convenient location with stunning ocean views from each floor. Joe and Tom have taken care to maintain their home. Joe was very responsive to questions. It was nice to know he was available should we need him for anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Amazing views!

First time using VRBO, it was a great experience. We booked a week before, Last minute change of plans from gulf. This rental was great, they had so many things in unit to make it convenient, beach chairs umbrellas a coolers, salt pepper, oil, cleaning supplies. Etc. But the condo had amazing views from balcony, quiet beaches, just overall great experience would definitely come back!

Fantastic property on the beach with everything you need for a complete break.

We have just had an 8 night stay at what is by far the best located and equipped holiday rental we have used in either US or Europe. The decor, furnishings and facilities are first class from the hi-tech TV's and sound system to every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The beach is right outside and often we were the only people on it. The sea was perfect for body and skin boarding with no wet suits required. We enjoyed the variety of birds and saw a logger head turtle make its way out of the sea to dig her nest and lay her eggs. Admittedly it was 3.30 am but worth it! Add to that watching pelicans and dolphins whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony in the evening then it really was a perfect holiday home. Thank you Tom And Joe for allowing us to use your property.

They thought of everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Joe and Tom were easy to communicate with and available if we had questions. They really thought of everything. We went into the freezer to get ice and there’s a little scoop to get the ice out. We headed to the beach and the place was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even binoculars to look at all the Osprey that were fishing. We were able to see a rocket launch which was fantastic. It’s a great spot. We followed recommendation in the welcome binder to find lovely places to eat nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment to make great dinners. Why would you want go out when you have such a great view right out your kitchen and living room windows. A relaxing stay with great views of the ocean, comfortable beds, amazing shower and perfect sound system. We will be back!

Everything you need!

Absolutely loved staying here. We brought our e-bikes and so glad we did for the perfect bike/walk trail that runs for miles! They have everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs and nice ones too not junk. Beach umbrella’s, beach towels, coolers, sand toys if needed, garage if you want to bring a bike, laundry soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, seasonings, paper towels etc. With our experience of places we have stayed over the many years they have never had this much extras. The view is fantastic! Walk right out the door and the beach is right there. Nothing blocking your view of the ocean if you just want to stay in. 2nd floor living room is a plus for seeing out even better and the big screen tv to watch movies on was great! Great response time if you have a question about anything. Absolutely wonderful!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Tom and Joe!

Perfect Beach House

We stayed in Joe and Tom's lovely beach house for a month over Christmas and New Year. The house was perfect for our needs, clean and immaculately kept.Every room, apart from one, has a sea view. The bedroom that does not has a balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The beds were comfortable (which is incredibly hard to find in a rental for some reason) and all the bedding and towels were new. Fantastic large power shower. Kitchen had everything you need to cook up a feast and also a gas bar-b-que for nice meals on the beach. We go to Florida to fish and this was the perfect spot. The beach was often empty and could not have been nicer. Also the famous fishing off Sebastion Inlet just down the road.We have rented in Florida for the past 7 years and have never had such attentive landlords. Tom contact us immediately as we arrived and gave us his direct number to speak to him at any time. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Having the 7-11 across the road was handy if you ran out of milk/bread etc late at night/early morning. Melbourne itself has a lovely small town feel with nice shops and many great restaurants. This is the first house (out of the 7 we have rented in Florida over the last 7 years) that I would 100% go back to again. It really is the perfect beach house. Thank you Tom and Joe - we will be back. xx

Paradise!

Such a beautiful home and perfect for a couple, or for family. FUN is the keyword. Steps from the ocean, and not far to town. And who would turn down ice cream across the street? The place sparkled in cleanliness, and had many extras we did not expect. The owners were super nice and stayed in communication to make sure our needs were met. Our family would love to return soon - thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful clean condo

The condo was exactly as described, only better! Gorgeous place, well appointed with excellent and clean appliances and amenities. Location was perfect—so close to the beach. Stunning views. Hosts were professional and gracious. The stairs are no joke—if you have difficulty navigating stairs this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, I can’t think of a more perfect vacation spot on the beach.
