「チェックインからチェックアウトまでの全ての対応が素晴らしかったです。 とても気持ち良く滞在ができました。 かなり急な坂の上にあるので重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でしたが、駅からの距離は大したことないので楽しめました。冷蔵庫はないので注意してください。 それ以外は素晴らしいの一言。朝食もとても美味しく、連泊後の早朝チェックアウトにも、「ベストを尽くすよ」と言ってテイクアウトを用意してくれました。パンやヨーグルトが入っており、こちらも大変美味しかったです。 坂の上にあるだけあって、眺めは最高でした。 宿泊客の多くが、ホテルの共有テラスや部屋のテラスから眺めを満喫していました。 文句なしの星５です。おすすめします。」

「Excellent view and location... They need to add WC inside the room.. Otherwise excellent lovely place! 」

「The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. 」

「Top Unterkunft, wunderschön modernisiert, super zentral mit ÖV Anschluss, Skibus vor der Haustür und in wenigen Min. bei der Luftseilbahn, tolles Restaurant (Pizzeria u.v.a.) zum Hotel....leckeres Frühstückbuffet, toller Service, rundum zufrieden, wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)」

「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren,...
